Prospect Database  - Your  Contact list (prospect database)  is the fuel that runs your  marketing campaigns. Every prospect record should include company data (with demographic information) to identify accounts in your target market. To identify the right people (contacts) within each company, your database should include complete contact data. Here's the list for each prospect data record:

► Contact title (no generic titles, such as Manager or Director. Every title has level and function.)
► Contact direct telephone
► Contact business email (No generic emails, such as support@ or info@. No personal emails, such as @aol.com or @comcast.net)
► Contact direct mail (Not the corporate postal address)
► Company name
► Company size (Revenue /  Employees)
► Company industry (2 levels, optional cross reference to NAIC and SIC)
► Company postal address

Own or Rent? - Another way to ask this question is, "Do you want to own or rent your customers?" Rental lists and partial lists are available, but they have significant limitations.
